Food, drinks, diets and allergens (7)
Is your food halal?
All our chicken is halal for every dish. We can also provide a halal rib eye steak specifically. Please either let us know in advance and let your server know when ordering.
Do you offer a gluten free menu?
We do not offer a specific gluten free menu. Our allergen matrix online lists which of our dishes do / do not contain gluten.
Is your afternoon tea halal?
Yes our afternoon tea is halal.
Do you have a lunch menu?
Yes we have a lunch menu which is available from 12-4.30pm Monday to Friday.
Do you have a set menu?
Yes we have a number of set menus available on different days, time and for different sized groups. Please contact the restaurant directly or view all our menus online.
Can I have a vegetarian / vegan afternoon tea?
We can cater for vegetarian afternoon teas. Please make us aware of this when booking as a special request on the booking form. We cannot cater for vegan afternoon tea.
Do you do a gluten free afternoon tea?
We cannot cater for a gluten free afternoon tea.
Parking, accessibility & more (4)
Are you wheelchair accessible?
Yes all of our restaurants are wheelchair accessible. Please let us know in advance when making a booking so we can arrange a suitable location and table.
Do you have parking?
For Victors Alderley Edge and Hale, there is on street parking around the restaurant. For Oxford, the best place to park is in the Westgate centre. For Victors Newcastle, you can park at St Ann’s Sandgate car park, just behind Victors on Sandgate street. Please find a free space on the top floor and enter your car registration number into our tablet at the reception desk.
Are you dog friendly?
Dogs are allowed in external areas of all our restaurants. This is for outside seating only or in our terraces at Newcastle and Oxford.
Do you cater for kids?
Yes, we have a dedicated kids menu and high chairs. Plus we have baby changing facilities if needed. Children are welcome until 9pm.
Bookings and policies (7)
Do you take walk-ins?
We do take walk-ins, however this is subject to demand on the day. We recommend booking a reservation, particularly during the weekend.
Can I come just for drinks?
Yes you are welcome to join us just for drinks. For larger groups and over the weekend, we always advise you make a booking with us for this.
Can I bring balloons / decorations?
Unfortunately you cannot bring balloons into the restaurant for your table, as our company insurance policy excludes this. You are welcome to decorate your table with minimal decorations.
Do I have to pay a deposit?
For larger groups and over the weekend, we do ask for card details to secure your booking. In the event of a no show or late cancellation, a £20 per person charge will be placed on the card.
Can I pre-pay for something for someone else?
Yes you can pre-order something for someone else’s table, such as a bottle of Champagne for a celebration. Please contact the restaurant directly and a secure payment link will be sent to you to make a payment.
Can you offer anything for a birthday?
Birthdays at Victors are magical celebrations. If you are celebrating a Birthday please let us know and we can arrange for a birthday plate.
Can I book for a large party or full venue hire?
Yes you can book in for large groups or full venue hires. Please contact the restaurant directly and one of the team will get back to you as soon as possible.
